Active Listings: 591 properties are currently active for sale on the market. This is a 58% decrease compared to the 1,420 active homes in March of 2020.
Under Contract: 1,714 homes are under contract and no longer available to tour or purchase.
Homes Sold: 912 homes sold during the month of March. This is a 35% increase compared to the 677 homes sold in February of 2021, but about the same as this time last year.
Months of Inventory: We currently have less than one month of inventory, meaning if no new listings came on the market, it would take less than a month for the remaining properties to sell.
